Merry Christmas all!
Hope everyone has had a lovely Christmas with friends, family and food. Christmas actually isn't too much of a big deal with my family, though my dad did cook us a nice roast. I also got to spend some Skype time with the Brummy while he opened the gifts I sent him. So all in all I'm quite satisfied with my day. Now I'm just spending a bit of telly time, watching Amelie with Muk Muk...

Oh hello Decembeard

It's December! Goodbye pedos, hello beardos! I have been back home for a full month now. And I have done a whole lot of nothing, but silver lining to that means lots of Skype time. Despite the fact the it was always raining and my bank account was always draining, I miss London a bit. Missing my Hackney neighbourhood, pints at a pub, my fellow Canadian expats, pints in the park, people being impressed by my "accent", pints along the canal, hopping on a plane to a new country, and especially my manfriend (aka the Brummy).

This month I'm back at one of my old jobs (doing some Christmas hours) and the painful task of job hunting. But since I haven't had much to do since now, I've been wanting to shop mad.
